Saudi Arabia's Agentic AI Studio

Intelligence, engineered like human co-pilot infrastructure.

We design and deploy autonomous agents for Saudi Arabia's energy and real estate industries, with a finance operations practice that runs through both. Built to run in production, answerable to a regulator, and trusted with what actually matters.

An agent is not software you install. It is a decision-maker you are accountable for, which is why we design them the way you would design a colleague.

Why AI Agents

People do not disappear. Their role changes.

Agents absorb the volume: the reconciliations, the routine steps, the work that used to consume a day. What is left for people is the part that actually needs them.

01

The agent works

It executes the process end to end: reading, reconciling, flagging, and acting within the boundaries it was given, continuously and without drift.

02

The exception surfaces

The moment a case falls outside its boundaries, the agent stops and escalates, with the full context attached, instead of guessing at the answer.

03

The person orchestrates

People shift from doing the work to directing it: reviewing exceptions, making the calls that carry real consequence, and setting the standard the next thousand cases follow.

10x

That shift, from executing the work to orchestrating it, is where the gain in speed and value compounds, concentrating human judgment on the decisions that actually deserve it.

Primary Industries

Two industries we know from the inside.

Twenty years leading technology and data organizations in energy and the built environment taught us where the real workflow lives, not the demo version. Every engagement begins with the operating model and the cost of being wrong, specific to the industry we're standing in.

01

Energy & Utilities

From reservoir to reactor, agents that find signal in noise: optimizing production, forecasting grid load, and holding the line on asset integrity where failure is never an acceptable variance.

Upstream · Downstream · Power · Net-Zero Pathways
02

Real Estate & Finance

Agents that read a portfolio the way an asset manager does: reconciling leases, tracking facility condition, and turning property operations into a system instead of a spreadsheet.

Lease Administration · Facility Operations · Portfolio Reporting
The Agent Inventory

Two sector families, ten agents.

Each family spans the full breadth of its function, not five variants of one workflow. Every agent below is a distinct piece of work with its own owner, data source, and measurable outcome.

Finance Operations, Horizontal Across Both

One finance practice that runs through energy and real estate alike.

Underwriting, payables, revenue, and tax look the same problem from four angles, and they show up inside every energy and real estate engagement, so we built them as their own families instead of folding them into one. We are particularly good at finding and fixing the invoice and payroll billing leaks that quietly drain margin long before anyone notices.

Approach

Four disciplines. One accountable team.

We stay attached from architecture to production operation: the same discipline that turned economic models into twelve production-grade policy simulators, not a handoff to a systems integrator or a pilot left orphaned in a slide deck.

01

Design

We begin with the decision, not the model. Every engagement starts by naming who is accountable when the agent is right, and when it isn't.

02

Build

Agents composed from evaluated tools and retrieval, instrumented for measurement from the first line of code, not after the first incident.

03

Deploy

Into your environment, on your terms: cloud, on-premise, or fully air-gapped, with the access controls and audit trails your regulator will ask for.

04

Govern

A standing discipline, not a checkbox. We hold every agent to no-hallucination behavior and deterministic processes, built from the outset to withstand regulatory checks and balances, with human oversight and drift monitoring reviewed on a cadence, never a whim.

Built Once. Applied Anywhere.
The architecture is not bound to energy and real estate. It generalizes to any industry, any process. The only ingredient it requires is a domain expert who can describe how the work actually happens, in plain English, cross-referenced against the standard the industry already holds itself to. From there, we automate the process as it truly runs inside your business, not a generic template of it, typically unlocking a 10x gain in speed and value.
Integrations

We build on what you already run.

We do not replace your systems of record. Every agent reads and writes through the platforms your teams already trust, so nothing you have implemented, trained on, or audited gets ripped out to make room for us.

Not on the list. If it has an API, a database, or even just a browser interface, we can connect an agent to it. Legacy and unsupported systems get a browser-based connector; everything else gets a purpose-built one.

Why a Saudi-based studio

Sovereignty was never the trade-off.

Speed and compliance are usually presented as opposites. In the Kingdom, we've found they are the same discipline, practiced well.

  • 01
    In-Kingdom, by design

Every workload can live inside the Kingdom's borders, satisfying data-residency requirements without a single compromise on latency or capability.

  • 02
    Regulation, read closely

NCA ECC-2:2024, SAMA, and CMA requirements shape the architecture from day one, never bolted on the week before an audit.

  • 03
    Written to be understood

Agents tuned for Arabic and English, including the dialect of the workflow they sit inside, never a translated afterthought.

  • 04
Built for the timeline that matters

Delivery mapped to the cadence of national giga-projects and the KPIs that define Vision 2030.

02
Primary industries
Energy and real estate: twenty years of domain depth, plus a finance operations practice that runs through both.

Amar

Designing & deploying agentic AI systems for GCC energy clients

Amar's career spans three decades across three continents: a decade building technology foundations in India, a decade leading data and engineering organizations across the United States, and the last decade in Saudi Arabia, delivering data, software, and technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies. He now designs and implements agentic AI systems for GCC energy clients, building on a decade directing KAPSARC's Solutions Productization Program, where he built and scaled a data and AI product organization that shipped twelve predictive economic and energy simulators into national policy analysis, and launched the Middle East's first conversational AI, API-ready data portal for climate and energy insight.

Earlier, as Chief Information Officer at Act! (Infor CRM), he engineered a global SaaS lead-to-cash platform in 180 days and led the technology integration behind a series of acquisitions that helped grow the company's revenue tenfold. Before that, as Vice President of Technology at S&P Global / IHS Markit, he modernized the data infrastructure behind a $5B+ subscription analytics business, automated workflows that returned $20M in efficiency gains, and directed insight tools for the energy, aerospace, high-tech, and finance sectors.

Across three decades, that work has been trusted by Fortune 100 companies, national governments, defense and aerospace institutions, the Ministry of Energy in Saudi Arabia, and some of the world's leading think tanks, the same caliber of institution Ammar Agentic Labs is built to serve.

Engagement Model

From first conversation to scaled operation.

Weeks 1–2

Discovery & Architecture

We listen before we design. Workflow mapping, a risk register, and an architecture your compliance team can sign without hesitation.

Weeks 3–8

Pilot Build

One workflow, one team, full instrumentation. We measure the agent the way we'll later be asked to defend it.

Weeks 9–12

Production Deployment

Hardened, monitored, and handed to your operators, with the runbooks and audit trail your regulator expects to see.

Ongoing

Scale & Govern

Expansion into adjacent workflows, continuous drift monitoring, and a quarterly review against regulation that does not stand still.

The next agent your organization deploys should already be accountable to someone.

Thirty minutes to walk through your workflow, your constraints, and where an agent earns its place.
